Great Product - Except Push Notifications Currently Broken
We’ve had this product since May 2024 - it’s been wonderful as a caregiver for an elderly family member! However, as of October 2024, the app push notifications have stopped working. Contacted LiveFine CS today, and they’ve confirmed it’s a known issue. Their R&D team is developing a resolution, but no estimated date of fix yet. The support team member I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed they get this feature fixed, as it’s a key reason we bought it. For now, I just have go into the app and manually check whether the meds have been taken, versus relying on automatic push notifications to my phone. Annoying, but workable.
