Useless app
App is not intuitive, unable to book any teleconsultation or book a clinic for appointment at all. Quite an useless app.

Misplaced your medication packaging?
To recover quickly, it is important to follow the treatment plan advised by the doctor. If you misplace the labelled medication packaging, you can easily continue your treatment by referring to the consultation history in the app.

Great App for teleconsults
No queue and received my meds quick
Lousy app
This app is badly built, worst than the previous one. It crashes after login. I had to reinstall few times to make a Tele booking.
The app does not work
I got a call 2 minutes after the scheduled call but the doctor did not join. I tried messaging but the message could not be delivered. The call got cancelled after 3 minutes. Luckily I had the promo code so did not have to pay. I send the feedback using the app but did not got any reply.
Frustrating and inaccessible
Couldn’t connect with the doctor for tele consult because there was no option to receive the doctor’s call. So teleconsult had to be cancelled. If you are going to SOLELY use an app for health-related concerns, it has to be consistently usable. This completely spoilt my good experience with Fullerton Health - I am just left anxious and frustrated because I couldn’t access a doctor to discuss my health concerns at an agreed time.

schedule call with doc, cant even connect call multiple time. the doc is also frustrated- wasted my time as well
