App doesn’t work
When opening the app, the screen for creating and account or login doesn’t work. Neither are the buttons responsive. How will I fix my lamp? Man what a waste. Pls fix this and give us an solution asap!

Living needs deurbel
Deze app heb je nodig voor de living needs deurbel. Oplichters zijn het. Na een half jaar kan je niet meer de beloofde 3 dagen terug kijken. Je kan het product ook niet meer terug sturen. Als je de living needs deurbel heb gekocht, deze app niet downloaden en deurbel retour sturen.
Geen meldingen
Ik krijg sinds een tijdje geen melding meer dat iemand aan belt!?, dus mis heel veel nu wie aan belt
Update graag
De deurbel doet het maar via deze ap neemt hij niets op ik krijg wel meldingen bij gebeurtenissen maar als ik dan ga kijken staat er niets in terwijl ik wel een SD kaartje erin heb en geformatteerd daarbij geven ze ook aan dat het gratis 7 dagen op een cloud blijft staan maar daar zie ik ook niets van terug. De agenda klopt ook niet hij geeft nu aan 7 december op een zondag is maar is gewoon een maandag graag zo snel mogelijk een update
Gevoeligheid
Gevoeligheid niet meer aan te passen. Blijft 5 ft.
Gevoeligheid van de sensor
Je kan de gevoeligheid niet meer aanpassen en opslaan, hij blijft vast staan op 5 ft . Maar heb het idee dat de gevoeligheid nu op 1 ft staat +/- 30cm , gaarne aanpassen alstublieft.
bewegingsdetectie
Na de update is de bewegingsdetectie slecht neemt bijna niks meer waar.en als je na de kalender kijkt geeft hij aan dat 1 augustus 2020 op een vrijdag is maar is op zaterdag
Batterijen niet te krijgen!
Wie weet welke batterijen je moet bestellen? Zaten er niet bij! Slechte service! Hier nergens te krijgen . Wie weet er een oplossing ? Dit is wel een minpunt
Cannot access doorbell
The app displays the message that it cannot connect to the network. Due to this alert there is no way to access the doorbell. The app does send notifications upon call or movement but I cannot access the video. Tried to report this via the feedback option in the app but that does not work?
