I asked them for credit note data. Net sales data. Data to be downloaded in excel. They are not made any changes or any update regarding it. Asked for a refund and their helpline number is no valid

Fraud company
This is a scam and they do fraud. There is not upto the mark and charge too much. They depend on third party customer service company, they don’t even know basic english. This company is buying contact numbers of the customers from Indiamart both the companies are scammers. If livekeeping - Tally get good payment from scammers they even sell our data as well. Think twice before you subscribe.
