Live tracking not working
I reinstalled the app and still not working.
Description
LiveTrack is for customers of companies using Magaya Software for their logistics operations. It can be used as a full logistics portal, or just for quick tracking without login.
LiveTrack only works with Magaya version 11 or more recent! The app will detect and let you know should you try to connect to an older version. If that happens, you or your logistics partner should contact Magaya for help with updating the system.

The answer is YES if the following applies to you:
1. Are you already using LiveTrack on the web? Great! Simply enter your logistics partner's 5-digit Company ID to connect. Your username and password are the same as in the web version. Hint: The partner's Company ID is displayed in your LiveTrack web portal by the company name.

2. Are you using the Track2Go mobile app? LiveTrack is the faster, better replacement for Track2Go.

3. Are you a customer of Magaya looking to improve customer service? Eliminate emails and phone calls by giving your customers visibility whenever they need it with LiveTrack - the tracking app and logistics portal integrated into Magaya's software products. It will work with any Magaya system on version 11 or newer. Not sure if that means you? Contact Magaya and we’ll help you get started.

Can’t login
Cannot login. App is not sized properly or login button is missing. Entered the partner ID and nothing happening and there were no options.
Inconsistent performance
Inconsistent performance. One minute it’s working, next it does not want to log in. Terrible. Hope y’all can fix that quick quick quick!!!

Problems logging in
Was able to login before, now since a recent update I can’t login. When I type the network ID nothing happens. Hope this can be fixed.
Login Access Issues
Once Iaunch the app, and enter my Magaya Network ID, o keep getting an ERROR message - “Connection failed, check your internet connection”...I know my internet is fine, so it has to be the app, hope they fix it!! Marquez010

Amazing app
I can see all my invoices using this beautiful app.
Best logistics tracking app ever!!!
LiveTrack web portal was already great but this app is incredible, I can access all my warehouse receipts, cargo releases, invoices, shipments, inventory, etc so easily. I can even see my bill of ladings and air waybills documents for each shipment, also the pictures taken of my cargo in the warehouse. What an amazing job from the Magaya team!!!
