I keep getting disconnected from my iPhone 14 pro latest software with the bike and I have to keep resetting the connection every time I ride. Can you help or fix that. I do have my AirPods linked to the iPhone idk if that helps

Latest Update Deactivated My Bike

Concur with other users. Bike is great but the app experience is terrible! Ever since the app was updated to the new UI, my bike lost sync with the app. I’ve tried activating it multiple times with no success; and every attempt to reactivate the bike takes a minimum of 5 minutes - doesn’t sound a lot but trying multiple times back to back on different days adds up and will test a person’s frustration level. I’ve decided to live with the bike without the use of the app at this point.

App Doesn’t Work

App doesn’t let me progress passed the “Theme Selection” page. Nothing happens when I select a theme.

Silent

Has some cool features but the fact that the notifications are silent mean that the app is pretty much useless in notifying you that your bike is charged or, more importantly, that someone is stealing your bike. There is no setting for the notifications to make a sound.

App is junk.

Gave up on the app. When it gets buggy, it will prevent you from being able to charge your bike. Look at the other reviews and understand not to get mad when app junks out on you. Bike is amazing, app is trash.

The button to give feedback is broken.

I would like to offer some constructive feedback. I would love to see this app be the best it can be.

UI Interface and Data Retrieval Issues

Preston Reynolds on

United States

I’ve just crossed 11,000 miles on my LiveWire One and have finally decided to write this review due to the lack of attention to this app. I believe in fair criticism and I’m writing this review because the app doesn’t match the same quality as the fine motorcycles produced by LiveWire. The UI is very buggy when changing tabs and tapping on the right arrow to focus on Bike Stats. The data pull process (motorcycle->backend->phone) is incredibly slow. And often times gets hung up on loading analytics. I would also appreciate there to be more attention drawn to the app’s navigation feature. It would be great if the process to show navigation on the bike was more intuitive and less clunky. P.S. - I have a feeling that app development is outsourced to a 3rd party. With LiveWire’s ongoing company growth, you need to hire 2-3 app developers to focus on this project. I know you guys are hiring, and this application deserves more priority if you plan to continue marketing it to riders.
