There are many of the animated scripture videos I can’t even let my kids watch because we watched it to the end and now when we try to play it again, it goes back to the end and exits before we can drag the time bar back.
Though they have a good selection of movies the captions not syncing with the voices is extremely frustrating. I’m thinking it best to cancel and subscribe when that is fixed.
“Customer Service” is a joke! I downloaded the app just to leave a review after this horrible experience. After I contacted them repeatedly and was getting canned answers I finally had to call. Someone had signed up with my email address so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged $96 for something I’d never even heard of. Wholesome/Christian? Sure, if it’s the hateful kind of people claiming to be Christian who don’t know the difference between Christ-like behavior and judgmental. I finally had to call and I was angry because I had written repeatedly that I could not log in with the only response being, “you have an active account.” So repeating what you’ve explained over and over is infuriating. After we sorted it out, the woman at the “Christian” company said in what she thought was a whisper, “you’re not welcome.” Don’t run a scam and people won’t be angry, Krystal/Victoria (the two names given to me by the person who “helped” me)!
I tried canceling my subscription for the first time 6 months ago.its not that I don’t think their is good stuff but we just weren’t using it enough to justify and trying to scale back where we could. It however, I was given the run around saying I had to cancel through the third party I got the app from. Well, I couldn’t find where that was and they just told me it wasn’t their problem. I finally got frustrated and took a step away. Well I’ve come back and I went to their online link that they directed me to for account changes. Well I can’t even log on. It logs in just fine with the app but on their website it says there is no account with that email. Several times I tried, making sure I didn’t have a typo….. but no luck. How hard is it to just pull the credit card from file to just cancel it that way. There isn’t an option for that on our end. I have never written a bad review. I just move on and take it as a temporary loss. But this headache is costing me money now and just won’t go away. This experience outweighs what good this app can bring. If you don’t anticipate being a life long customer to this app all the way into eternity, save yourself and you posterity a headache and don’t sign up.
Not able to airplay from iOS device.
I signed up for the trial, attempted to cancel (which apparently didn’t go through) and they charged my card with a $100+ subscription that I never agreed to. Most companies would be fine with giving you a refund but become it was just past the 3 day mark after they charge you card they said “there’s nothing we can do”. Living scriptires for sure all right. Reminds me of 2 Ne. 28:8 “take the advantage of one because of his words, dig a pit for thy neighbor; there is no harm in this; and do all these things, for tomorrow we die”
Doesn’t even work with the most updated IOS version , won’t let you sign in . And when it finally does it crashes constantly.
How do I contact your customer service?! I keep getting hit for $8.99 every 3 days causing my bank account to go in the negative when I have no subscription
Have had the app on our smart TVs for a long time, they are great. Downloaded the app on iOS. As of Jan 7, app shows “login” and “try free” buttons but both are unresponsive. Neither button does anything. Have reset phone, deleted and re-downloaded app, tried on Wi-Fi and cellular, and tried a different iOS phone but app is still dead and does nothing other than show initial screen.
