By his metric I will live until 96. It doesn’t include some very important questions! Eg alcohol intake. I am in AA; I was a very heavy binge drinker for 25 yrs. It doesn’t ask a single question about alcohol intake. I’m also an RN who sees hundreds of patients a year, admitted for alcohol-related pathologies. This is hardly an “app”; you are paying $5 for a 1 minute questionnaire.
First, the app ads say it’s free, you click and $5.99 to get the app. Ok, paid the fee, answered a few questions and that’s it. You get an age. Then you can’t do anything else with the app, go back, zip. You have the option of writing a review then exiting. I forgot to read reviews. My bad.
The app doesn’t ask for any health details. I’m a type 1 (insulin dependent) diabetic. The app didn’t even ask for any family history of diabetes) or any medical condition. I know it’s an imperfect science, but this app has no business charging a fee for a list of ~10 questions.
This was very disappointing: there were no Qs whatsoever about sleep quality/quantity, blood pressure, resting heart rate, or chronic diseases—all of which are vital factors for accurately estimating lifespan.
You can only do this quick survey for 5 dollars. This is. Scam!
The usually astute, Terry Savage, recommends this website, which could be great, but without considering the present state of one’s health, it is worse than misleading.
Are you kidding what a ripoff, one test and done, how about some suggestions and more sharing of research. Painfully disappointing
Seems you can only use it once when you pay for it so it’s not really worth the money
$5 for a short survey I could have written myself! Disgraceful!!!
