Way too difficult. So many steps required.

Make it easier. Skip the advertising. It’s supposed to be fun.

No sound

I love this wine and love the interactive bottle thing if only I could hear him speak, volume all the way up and nothing, checked my settings and nothing, deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing 😤 on multiple occasions I’ve done this and nothing 😭 it’s frustrating please help why is this happening?

Won’t allow my phone to use camera no matter what I do.

Old App was cool now it is online

Previously the app was great now you download the app to direct you to the website! Super lame and no longer an app but a link that takes up to much space and to many permissions!

Why?

What is the point of an app that all it does is send you to a website. I would rather you put a QR code on your label that takes me to the website than me downloading an app that its sole purpose is to send me to a website AND track my information. Used once and deleted, don’t waste your time, information, or phone space.

Doesn’t work on iPhone or google pixel

I recall using this years ago and it worked, I was excited to try it for my kids this year and it doesn’t work. I assumed it was my old phone but my husband tried on his brand new google pixel and same issue. Sends you to a website and keeps saying allow camera access, when it’s already allowed. Should just remove the app from the App Store if it’s not working anymore.
