Being told by management the only way to submit half of my basic necessities then be told by the app that my “phone number is associated with multiple users” and therefore I cannot create an account makes this app useless.

It’s 2024… you got to make it easy for people to interact with your service. It’s 3-4 clicks to get to your mobile key after you take your phone out your pocket… there are apps where I can wave my hand and If the phone is in proximity it unlocks… if you forget your phone taking out the trash in my building your locked out. A watch app would resolve that. The rest of the app and features are great but 1 star until you get me in and out of my apartment and building efficiently.

Have to constantly re-download app and update lock to get the key to work. Just get an error and only way to solve is to reinstall. Terrible

It’s really inconvenient to have to open the app every time you need to use the key. Since all of the locks are NFC and recognize the Apple wallet, why not just add the ability to add your key to the Apple wallet and/or Watch!? Sometimes the app is so slow to open and load so you’re standing there waiting for it to load just so you can access the key.

App had logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in but they were able to fix it.

Please develop the widget option or, as mentioned above, the wallet option. It’s really inconvenient to open the application with busy hands. Thank you!

Honestly a garbage app. I didn’t mind it as much when it was inconsistent because I normally have the fob but on the day I don’t I am currently locked out and forced to stay somewhere else for the night. There is no support you can call and every time I redownload the app I’m stuck on the “key activated” page but unable to use the key itself. Sharing access is also a hassle and has caused me issues when abroad. I hate to sound like an old man but I detest apartments that no longer have physical keys.

This app is supposed to be the back up for my keyfob. It literally works 5% of the time. Completely useless. Has 5 ridiculous Faq’s and no support what so ever. If your property uses this app run!

The app loads slowly and sometimes crashes while loading. It must have a connection to use the bluetooth entry key. If you don’t have a connection then the key won’t load, so another slowdown.

Hi developers, Can we get a feature to search within the community bulletin boards / feel? Also maybe to turn off the automatic Livly general posts? I can never find the posts I need 🥲
