Worst experience, it’s almost a week, the machine is not yet synced to phone , no way to monitor the daily consumption, and no one from support team is responding, they are busy in only selling

Every month purifier stop working even after recharge it will take 4 to 5 days to restart after complaining

This is the very worst service and they are just there for sales. It’s been a month i am mailing and calling to them regarding the cancellation but no one is connecting. Once only connected the call but they are repeating the same thing only not trying to listen the concerns.Don’t ever trap in this worst app or service.Now this is high time i am going to complaint on consumer forum. Also my money is there that will be refunded to me after the cancellation. They all are fraud in this system.

Service boy and his presence is good. But livpure is bad
