Durante uma viagem em horário de pico o telefone do motorista não para de tocar com vários pedidos de viagem (tocando durante toda a viagem) Nesses mesmos horários o aplicativo toca tanto que impede que o motorista encerre a viagem

Não é possível cadastrar cartões de crédito como forma de pagamento.
Depois de algumas atualizações, ocorre um erro ao inserir cartões de crédito de quaisquer operadoras como forma de pagamento. Os usuários que são dependentes da plataforma, ficam de mãos atadas, e o atendimento ao cliente nem sequer reconhece sua parte no problema.

O cartão de crédito adicionado na plataforma não funciona direito, gerando transtorno ao consumidor! Pessimo!!!

Demora exorbitante
Fiquei mais de 1 hr no aplicativo em um dia chuvoso procurando carro , na teoria dias chuvosos ganhariam mais dinheiro fiquei essa 1 hr com a rua cheia de carros rodando e ngm aceita e não era um bairro perigoso nem na busca nem no destino final n entendo um aplicativo em q os motoristas preferem ficar parados ao trabalhar e ganhar dinheiro
O CÓDIGO NÃO CHEGA
Já tive INFINITOS problemas com esse app, o de agora é que ele simplesmente NÃO ENVIA O CÓDIGO
Não chega o código de verificação
Tentei de todas as formas, porém o código não chega para que eu consiga utilizar o aplicativo. Frustrante
Valor final sempre diferente
O aplicativo apresenta um preço na hora da solicitação, mas na hora do pagamento diversas taxas, inexplicadas, são aplicadas.
