After entering my username & password and getting a security code sent to my phone, there is no place on the app to enter the security code to login. I have used this app on android phones and an able to login, but not on my iPhone.

It’s a great app for the basics but it tries to hard to be slick and new looking that is actually time consuming and tiresome. I don’t need to know everytime an update is coming or when weather is affecting local availability- pretty sure I can figure that out without another useless notification. Kind of reminds me of meetings that could have been emails so that managers look like they are working.

The app functions very good, but it’s lacking the option to Zelle!!!!!!!

It seems everytime I try to get on this app it gives me trouble. Brand new iPhone 16 pro max and only problems I have are on this app. Always down for maintenance or unavailable I see you responded to call in and you’d be glad to go over my account with me… but the app is the whole point of me not having to call in and speak to a representative…. 🤦🏼‍♀️

With the new iOS 18 update there is no longer a widget for the app. At first the only way to have the app was on the far left widget page. But now when you try to add a widget it doesn’t show the edit button at the bottom. Please update this app to just add a widget like the rest of the widgets 😮‍💨
