Quick n easy. Saves my usual journey. Easy to pay once set up. Suggests cheapest ticket. No booking fee n most tickets don’t have to be printed

If you are booking with a phone it doesn't give you an option to collect your ticket only an e ticket No good if it's not your phone or if your phone has no charge Also the app will not work if you have no WiFi but have 4G No option to talk to a person train company are terrible when delayed and you have to jump through hoops to get a refund

Great app.....

So why waste all that money on smart card machines? We need a passing loop on the Abbey Line so why waste the money on obsolete infrastructure?

Efficient app

The app is efficient and user friendly. The biggest irritation with it it having to randomly collect my tickets from the station. I prefer electronic tickets which are more convenient and greener than printed tickets.

Best app and great for cyclists!

Top app, great to use in Apple wallet and also they send email. I use this app to book all my rail tickets, regardless of what company the fragmented privatised nonsensical rail system in Britain forces us to use. London NW are the best, the app is easy to use, the staff are great, they are cycle friendly.
