I love this app. It’s worth spending the few dollars on to completely open it up, you can easily track what you did the last time you worked out and see your progress.
I love the app. I do have 2 things that I believe could be improved upon. When you are in a workout, you can see what you did last time you did that workout, but you can’t see your progress charts like you can when you are not in session. This added flexibility would be great. Also, adding RPE or RIR would make this app complete and quite possibly the best lifting app of the 20+ that I’ve downloaded. If these could be implemented(especially rpe) it would really be great
The app itself is good. Simple and functional. The only improvement that I would like to see is integration with the health (activity) app. When I log in the workout it would be nice to see the calories burned. Other than that, I love it.
This is the best app for the gym. It has all that i need to track my workouts and has a very clean interface. This app is all what i was looking for. I love it.
After a good free trial period it’s under $5 then you can make your own exercise to add to your routine. You can also print out pdf of your progress per excercise.
Takes a bit of time to learn but then easy to use. Very happy.
I have been looking for a workout tracker and log app for a long time and was always disappointed with the choices out there. This app is very much what I was looking for. It allows me to make workouts from scratch, arrange exercises any way I want, and build as many different workouts as I want. The graphing feature is good and it shows my last workout right next to my current workout. It lets me add sets and change weights in the middle of a running workout. It has dozens of exercises to build a workout with and it allows you to put in any exercise you want. The free version only lasted two workouts before I had to buy the updates, but it was well worth it. I have been using it for a few weeks and haven't had any restrictions on performance. I give five stars because it is better than any other app I've tried. Very satisfied.
