It frequently crashes, doesn’t let you upload documents, it’s just a poor app.

Guys can you please do something about your app? It’s a nightmare to use and often isn’t accessible I have deleted it n am trying to reinstall n it’s nit working so I can’t do my banking !!! it’s the only way I can access my details it’s just not ok in this era that we are having issues with such a poor quality app. I can’t recommend yiur loans n services to my friends because of this and I really believe in your organisation such a pity …

App literally doesn’t work - you can’t login (does nothing), deleting and re-installing also doesn’t fix it. Latest iPhone with latest iOS. Shame.

My sent items don’t appear in sent messages. So I don’t know if they have sent. It takes multiple attempts to upload documents on phone app and sometimes I need to uninstall . iPhone 7

App logged in first time. Never been able to log in since. Login details are correct but it goes nowhere.

Every time I try to log in it won’t let me, so I have to delete the app every time.

I’ve only been able to successfully login to the app once and this was only after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Everytime I put my password in, it just keeps me on the login page and nothing happens. Seems very glitchy which is a shame because the overall functions and usability of the app is nice and easy. I will keep going through my web browser to acces my information instead.

Hard to use, login rarely works

Same problems as other users logged in first time but subsequently when I try to log back in says I have to reset password. Also I can never get reset code very poor and frustrating.
