The signer card is a powerful new feature that enables multi-signature functionality on your Stellar wallet by using a physical security chip. This keeps your Stellar wallet safe because your second signature is no where stored on a device, which means that if someone wanted to steal from you, they would need physical access to your signer card. This gives peace of mind that your digital assets held on the Stellar network are safe from the bad guys.

I’ve been waiting to hear back from support about why I got an email saying that I need to put 3k into my account (which I am waiting to get my account another password). I am worried that it was hacked. I have not gotten any word back. How do I access my old email for verification of IP if it is gone? Now I can’t even see my public address on other sites. Come on LOBSTR!! I have my recovery phrase. I am not one to complain as the service had been good. Let’s get this done. Very frustrated, Heather Askins

Don’t switch phones or internet providers because then non of you back up works to get into your account. You can email them but won’t get a response!!
