كثير الاعطال
الابلكيشن دائما يتعطل لما يكون عليه ضغط ولا تقدر تعرف شي عن حالة الطلب ولا تعرف إذا تلطلب مقبول اولا، ولا تقدر تتبع الطلب
ملاحظة حركة توصيل المندوب
أتمنى إضافة خاصية معرفة تحرك المندوب عندما يستلم الطلب كما بقية التطبيقات حتى يدخل للمنافسة لأنه متأخر في هذا الجانب الذي هو متحقق في أغلب تطبيقات التوصيل

تطبيق فاشل و عدم رقابة على المناديب
بعد ٤٥ دقيقة من جهز الطلب، المندوب يتاخر بالرد و يقول الطلب ما جهز. رحت للمطعم و اكتشفت ان الطلب جهز من فترة طويلة و المندوب غير متواجد بالمطعم (٤٥ دقيق)
طلبت وبعد 45 دقيقة اروح المطعم الا يقول مافي شي مع ان سحبو لفلوس وبعد ماكلمتهم الغوه

Worse delivery app
They should train their drivers where to put the food while delivering. It should not be in the front seat with AC on.
Extremely Poor customer service
Dealing with customer service is very bad, they give excuses instead of solutions and they take a very long time to reply.
