I really liked this app when I started with it 7 or 8 years ago. I gave it a 5 star rating. After a recent iOS upgrade which failed mid way I had to go to Apple. They had to do a Factory Reset. I was OK with that since I had done a full iCloud backup just prior to the failed iOS upgrade. Once the iPhone was unfrozen and ready for a Restore from iCloud I proceeded. The next time I opened this app all my notes were gone. Important notes that can’t be replaced. After reading the reviews I see other users had lost everything. The developer never replied to those reviews or inquiries so this seems like a total loss. I’ve learned an important lesson and I will stick with the native Apple Notes. My 5 star rating is now down to 1 star.

I purchased this app bc i wanted an app tht will keep my personal info WELL PROTECTED & it does just tht!! I HIGHLY recommend this app to everyone!!

Well written app. It meets all of my needs.

Unless we click "Done" on top the notes aren't saved!!! How terrible! We would have frequently written so many things in many notes and when we press back they're all gone! Thats why uninstalled. Also, can't even select multiple apps at once! Also, for back up it need payment.
