Hace más de un mes intenté entrar a mi widget para cambiar el mensaje de mi pareja y la pantalla se mostraba como si recién hubiera instalado la aplicación. Cuando intento ingresar con mi número telefónico -como me registré la primera vez, hace ya un año- la pantalla no avanza ni carga, solo se queda ahí, como si estuviera cargando y luego se mantiene sin ningún cambio. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar, así como escrito al correo que indica en la opción de “Necesito ayuda” y hasta el momento desde hace más de un mes no recibo ninguna respuesta ni solución y quiero recuperar mi cuentaaaa. 😭

When I got on the app, it told me to put my phone number in so I did it, but it never loaded through. There was just a loading symbol and then it would go away.

I have tried everything including downloading a text now app and using that phone number. I don’t understand how this worked for my sister but it is not working for me. Every time I click the help buttons and try to leave a email it says that it can’t go through.
