Features:
Tracks delivery personnels location
Provides details about tasks to be done.
Allows actions on tasks like status changes, collecting ePODs.
Location is collected for a logged in user when the app is in background. This is used to-
1. Track the route taken by the app user. Users carry assets belonging to our clients or high value items being delivered to end customers.
2. We calculate the distance covered by users which can be used to calculate their salary.
3. To know where the app user is during their working hours. We need to know their location so that we can plan their tasks.

Worst delivery app ever i am using .....
Time for a new app
Fix it! It’s slow, it crashes allllll of the time! Makes the work inefficient.

There is lot to work on app bug … it’s slow and slow gets banged on every delivery
Developer not experienced
App opens twice. Will not swipe to start. Developer should adjust on the portal the sensitivity of the swipe bar. No control of this on user end

How am i supposed to work with this app. It shuts down by it self every order it freezes every order i have to restart the app and it is costing me alot if time please fix it as soon as possible

So slow. It lags way too much to the point where it effects drivers performance. Optimization is even worse. This app cannot compete with other apps. FIX IT BEFORE YOU RUN OUT OF BUSINESS.
