The app functionality is supposed to help you out manage your property’s booking system entirely. Developers and roadmaps are moving very slow instead of trying to incorporate all these feedbacks and make it a great platform… Not happy with them
This great for quick access to Lodgify to view your calendar or messages. But it doesn’t have the features to properly manage your property that the desktop website has. If they made those few tweaks here and there it would be perfect to use when out and about.
It’s a great app but it’s not updating the bookings calendar correctly. Some of the open bookings are still showing against dates that have now been booked … surely they should show as not available .
Easy to use, clear design, I use it to manage all of my bookings, calendar and messaging with my guests on the go.
I switched to Lodgify after a bad experience with a competitor solution, vacation software should be easy, save you time and not require hours of training and support. Finally I’m managing my properties how I want with this intuitive to use APP, so I don’t miss anything and can quickly respond on the move to bookings and questions. Works brilliantly!
Easy to use and getting better all of the time. In fact, I wish they’d put a few more of the features on the desktop version.
This is a good app that compliments the desktop version nicely. Functionality is improving with each update, but the everyday things you would need to do on desktop can be done in app as well. Most things you need to do is communicate with your guests and use your canned responses. Constant Logging out after 24 hours was an issue but this seems to have been resolved now. Support of lodgify has always been excellent for me. *Single condo owner. Listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.Com and shortly google once approved by google.
Useless update going round and round in a circle asking for update on opening !!!!!!!
This is great to have everything on one place especially as we also list all our rentals on Airbnb, Booking . Com and VRBO. All activity including messaging, calendar, payments all in one place makes managing the business much easier.
The old one was bad but this is even worse. It’s a downgrade not an upgrade. Some basic functionality from the old app is missing, calendar doesn’t work properly and support is not helping
