Description

The goal of Log-Book is to create entering car mileage as simple and quick as possible but still be compliant with the tax departments’ requirements. Once you have used Log Book a few times you will be able to enter a new trip in THREE taps (and that's including the tap to save it).

We use this app and apart from trying to fix how to stop us forgetting to do it we wanted to make the process as quick as possible because lets face it, everyone wants to spend as little time as possible doing things like this, regardless of how pretty or feature rich the app is.

To speed up a trip entry you can add your own common start, destination and purpose entries. The date and start odometer are entered automatically.

There are no pretty graphs, fancy reports or a multitude of settings, just simple, quick entries.

All entries can be exported to a CSV file for manipulation (graphs and wiz-bang formulas) in a spreadsheet.

No destinations after update

Hi guys, Really enjoy this app!! Updates are very helpful! After the update I can select destinations but it doesn't pull through to the actual trip. Please have a look at this

App still freezing

Please help!! This was the best app, but after the recent upgrade it freezes totally! When adding an entry I literally have to wait 1min for it to take the entry. I have iphone 11 and it is updated to the latest update. Thanks!

App is so slow

I struggle to load new addresses - slow or does not respond Struggle load mileage - slow or does not respond

Return old data

Had this app now for nearly 2 years and used work fine. Since latest update, when asking to return the last three months of logs to csv and mail to me, it brings back last year’s data. I downloaded the latest version and still had the issue where when I want to export the last 3 months of data, I get my entries from 2022. Nothing for 2023.

Having issues since the update

This app used to work perfectly well until the recent update, now it’s like it has a mind of its own… not saving my entries correctly, changing my mileage, last saved location changes. Please fix!

Does the job but the dark design is 👎

The dark background with blue text makes it really difficult to read and use when in a hurry.

Bad user experience

I have not been able to get this app working. The first odometer date keeps changing back to the first date I installed it despite changing it to the correct date and aligned meter reading. The entries do not change the meter reading. No point charging for something that does not work.

Great app

Even better with the updates. Great for tracking for tax purposes

Crashes

After the last update my app keeps crashing. As soon as I want to log a trip it kicks me out

Improvement

Nice app but would be super if it could fill it all in automatically via GPS as i drive
