App shuts down every time I choose a design

Terrible

This app is terrible to say the least. Like yeah nice try on the slick UI and all, but the UI is not intuitive at all!! Like I open the app and I don’t know what to do or what to press. After I figure out one or two things I try to create a logo with the free templates, it crashes a few seconds after I select the template!! Added to that, 95% of the content can only be used when one subscribes, but I can’t test the free stuff if it crashes. The result is a useless application with a nice user interface which is ambitious but very hard to figure out ,and not intuitive at first glance. I’m sure you can fix these things.

Billing error

I DOWNLOADED LOGOSCOPIC AND SUBSCRIBED HOWEVER I DELETED AND CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION THE SAME DAY BUT I WAS BILLED TWICE, DAYS APART, PLEASE ADVISE WHY OR WHO I CAN SPEAK TO ABOUT THIS.

Can’t access pro features after payment

The app looks great and has some great features, though after I subscribed and made payment I cannot unlock the features. As soon as the pro page pops up and requests that you make payment or restore (I then click restore purchase) nothing happens. How can I fix this issue and access the pro content.

Such an awesome, simple to use app. No adds, straight to the point of creating a logo. It makes it so easy to do too.

Your fails to inform people before downloading that your application has "in app purchases"

App no longer works

The App does not work since iOS 11 .. send request but no one has responded to assist very disappointed
