Moves hella slow and not accurate enough
Useless app, plays back my car coordinates with 6 hours delay
For over six months, I’ve tried to get the app support’s attention. Sometimes they ask questions, like what my number is, but no fixes have been made so far. At random times, about once per week, the app starts to produce notifications and show GPS coordinates of my car with a huge delay, sometimes up to 6 hours. It really stressed me out the first time it happened, when the app said my car left my home at night, but it was actually still in its place. As of 10/10/2024, I can confirm that nothing has changed, and the app still has this issue. It seems like when their servers are overloaded, they push notifications with a 6-hour delay. My friend, who also has Lojack GO, confirmed that it works the same way for him from time to time. It’s funny to watch my car drive around on a route I took earlier today, but it makes the whole idea of Lojack useless.

The server is always messed up for hours like fix this already!!
Needs a up date
The app needs a update or something because when the car is moving and stuff don’t be showing the right place it be at or be taken long to update the location of the car please fix do not be showing all the trips either
Refreshing
The only thing about trying to locate my vehicle is the refresh time sometimes just keeps on spinning.But other then that it’s a great app to have.
App Doesn’t Work
My vehicles location does not update. I’ve been trying for awhile but it will not refresh the location. The app use to be great but now not so much.
Notifications 👎🏾
Just jumped up at 2 in the morning after getting an alert that my car was driving up the road from my house only for it to be parked right where I left it!!! I’ve had this service for 2 years but these last few months have been the worst.
Great app
I love the app. The only improvement a I would make is a live feature to follow the car in real time like Life 360 does with phones.
Speed detection
Have only one issue. Don’t register when going over speed zone. It use to when it was under the other company before LoJack
