Cooking and delivery time not synced.
Arrived 15 minutes later than stated. Rang shop but not spoken to politely and no apology. Food was only just luke warm. Very disappointed as never experienced this in the past and food was always delicious. Either they are having a bad day or busy but an explanation would have been nice.

Ordered triple cheeseburger meal and got hulumi kebab instead. Otherwise would have been higher rating
