Feeling Cheated! Unacceptable Situation with 7-Day Free Trial
I am extremely disappointed and outraged with the "Lola Speak Premium" app. On December 3, 2024, I signed up for the 7-day free trial, but I was immediately charged €9.99 for a monthly subscription. This is absolutely unacceptable! I did not use the app even once and deleted it right away. When I contacted Apple Support, I received a response stating that my purchase does not qualify for a refund, which is a final decision. This is simply outrageous! I also reached out to the app's support, but only received generic instructions on how to cancel the subscription and request a refund, which I had already done. The issue is not about the money, but about feeling deceived and disrespected. I have been a loyal Apple customer for years and expected better service. This is a matter of principle, and I hope the app developers and Apple will address this issue to prevent similar situations in the future. It is unacceptable for companies to treat their customers this way. I demand a fair resolution to this situation!
