Can’t search ft history. Can’t select date period
The app needs to be improved if LOLC wants to be in the business specially when other Financial and Banking institutions are having very efficient and versatile apps. One example - Customer data are not integrated, if we need to add our FD details in the account section we need to send an separate email requesting to add it. Imagine if we have multiple FDs and having to type all FD numbers just to get them to appear in the app. Disappointed and highly believe they will work on these issues, it’ll be vital for their survival specially in an era where everything runs digitally.
We cannot check the transaction history. We need to check it. We want to go to website.
App works well. BUT, * needs face ID login * needs user interface improvements (app looks very old and outdated… follow your iPay app design) Please improve these soon!
I will never seen this like app.. Its great. No any changes for any transaction at any time.. Please add face ID option and finger print option..
Need little Improvements like fingerprint touch ID.. other than that the app works perfectly..

This app does not work on my phone. Give me a solution to it. Only the lolc logo appears on the screen.
This is an app from one of the best financial institutions in Sri Lanka. This app has no apparent bug but not sophisticated as counterpart awards holding ‘iPay’ of same institution. Features need to add; 1. Touch ID Login 2. User interface with sliding Thumbnails like iPay. 3.Billers Management tab ( add, edit,delete) 4. Include transaction details to trace later ( POS merchant name, recipient, sender details etc) 5.Include credit card & FD management. 6. Settings : containing only ‘change password ‘ option ; please add features like iPay. 7. Avoid transaction passwords ( Already we have too many passwords. Other banks useTouch ID or OTP SMS nowadays. 8. Customer support through app: Live chat , messages , email & social media option
