I love this game but I hate thaat you have to pay for the next episode(._.)
What??
It started out good but your telling me I have to pay 2 bucks just to get to the next episode? No thanks…at that point just make the game a paid one then make all the episodes free, felt like a trick. It was good but cmon really? Spent 20 minutes on the first episode and was happy to finally find a queer choice-dating sim high school setting but I have to pay 2 bucks just to get to episode 2. Three stars only because I found it engaging but a waste of time if you think it’s free…

alright so, i remember playing this game about a year or two ago and loving it. so of course i decided to get it again to play for funsies, but when i went to go purchase the second episode it said in app purchasing isn't available? i exited the app and redid the episode, but it still happened. please fix this or if something's wrong on my end let me know! i'd really like to replay this game again ):
Love! But…
I LOVE LongStory, don’t get me wrong. It has a beautiful art style and good characters and minority representation. However, the only thing that’s free is the first episode, and the other 9 or so episodes are $1.99. This is a problem for kids (who’s parents won’t let them) and those who just don’t want to spend that kind of money. I still really love the game, though. It’s amazing overall.
The Illusion of Choice
The game gives you the illusion of choice like you’re able to tell your character what to do but most of the time it seems to be just a suggestion and they just do whatever they want and you’re just along for the ride watching the train wreck happen. This game is all about the drama not the romance. Don’t play this if you don’t love drama. The person you’re dating will break up with you for no reason no matter how hard you try to please them. Your friends will try to sabotage your relationship because they want you to be dating them instead. The ending just abruptly ends the story on a cliffhanger after a couple of lazy text message conversations even if you pay for all the episodes like I did. If I could ask for a refund and get my $13.93 back I would.

reason for episode costs
everybody is upset at the fact episodes past 1 cost money. there's actually a reason. the game costs $10 on other platforms, eg the switch & steam. in total, all the episodes round up to 10 bucks, so ur actually getting a free episode and the rest are the same cost on other platforms. the game is actually really good and has an interesting plot (even though I get so much second hand embarrassment from our mc 😭) if u wanna see the whole thing and have a love interest, try searching on YT: "longstory [character name] route" (I chose marcel :'3)
