So I have the same problem mines telling me that I have to have an account number and a password and I do not have one so I don’t know if it’s just with Apple phones or what but it seems a little odd that I did it on my mom‘s phone and it went into the app perfectly fineI downloaded on my phone. It’s a ball game so whoever replied before. I have the same problem so I don’t know how to fix this problem and you can’t call them so mines off of a vape pen believe that. So I figured out the problem. Your account number is your phone number and your password is your password to your Apple account for your phone so if anybody’s having this problem, there is your conclusion and there is your answer so your account number is your phone number and your password is your Apple ID password.

Had trouble at first. Then I decided to make up my own account number and logged in quickly. Had to figure it out myself because online search, pamphlet, and tutorial watching all said nothing about the account number.

I bought this today and it will not allow me to do anything. Disappointed if I wasted my money on a gemic.

I used this app to log into my vape smart device and it’s so epic, I love playing 2048 while vaping at the same time. Timer feature is very loud, very good product 8/10
