Stupid app didn’t say that it wasn’t available in my area and i put money in the account wallet then talked to customer service and they were lying about refunding the money for me and they didn’t

We put 50 pounds on the app from the visa to play for 15 minutes but the scooter kept going and didn’t stop or tell us that the time ended so when we opened the app to see how much we have left the 50 pounds is still there and the minutes is still 15 so we opened the visa app to see that it took 75 pounds from the visa directly and left the 50 pounds on the app and we can’t use the 50 pounds on the app bec we left the place
Can’t sign up
When i tap on “Send Code” it starts loading and then stops and shows the button without giving me any kind of error message. I tried on different days with Wifi and 4G and of course i quit and restarted the app. There’s also no way to reach support through the app at that point!
Stuck won’t send the mobile code
It won’t let me sign up by sending the phone code help !!!
