Não funciona no Apple Watch
Estou logada no app mais ele não reconhece
Suporte e fechadura não funcionam péssima experiência
Fechadura não conecta , estou desde sábado sem a fechadura funcionando, suporte não funciona, só por e-mail e quando querem responder, uma coisa que acho que é tão simples de resolver para insistem e não ajudar na configuração. Não recomendo.
Dificuldade de abertura via Apple Watch
Boa tarde. Gostaria de informá-los que o aplicativo não está funcionando bem no meu Apple Watch. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, fiz login novamente no aplicativo e mesmo assim não funciona. Quando abro o aplicativo ele simplesmente fecha sem dar nenhum aviso ou erro. Poderiam me ajudar?
Problema resolvido
Fui atendido pelo Vitor e ele conseguiu resolver rapidamente os problemas identificador no uso da Loopkey. Agora a fechadura funciona muito bem! Obrigado!!

Melhor que o August pq funciona no Brasil, instalaram aqui em casa e ficou incrível, funcionou bem e muito mais barato que outras fechaduras com senha!
