Live video is very slow to display. Desktop version for Mac is very fast to load live video. If you want to check what is happening, you will wait for a few minutes before it connects but sometimes it doesn’t connect either, which you then have to try again.

Please fix the screen rotation issue!

Recent upgrade was terrible. Using app on an iPad. After upgrade the menu doesn’t work. Can’t playback anything. FIX THIS !!!!

The entire top menu bar is missing on the iPad so you cannot connect to your NVR or anything, basically bricked software. Please fix, we just spent a fortune on these camera only to not have it work on the larger screen of the iPad.

Please check, once rotate to landscape, the screen failed to display correctly in portrait mode. Can not x out screen to close application once in portrait mode or in landscape mode. Once you fix this I will give you 5 stars

I just finished installing my system and downloaded the app. So far I’m not impressed. The recording sometimes don’t show up in your app and when you hit refresh the app crashes. overall, camera quality seems good, but will probably have to return the system because the app is horrible. The app reviews are bad for a reason I just wish I researched the app reviews and not just a camera system

We just got our cameras and the app is the worst. My mom is trying to add me so I can have access to the cameras and there’s no option to share the device, help information on the app doesn’t help because there’s no way to scroll to shared devices, it’s not an option. I’m starting to think these cameras were a mistake.

If you are thinking to buy lorex look elsewhere I have this system for 2 years, I’m using wired cameras which have good video quality but in those 2 years I have already replaced 4 cameras which stopped working and they are not cheap now another one stopped working plus you won’t get notifications anymore I have tried everything from rest to unplug but nope nothing works and now I see online they are banned by the us. Look elsewhere.

This is the most horrible app I have ever downloaded. I Paid over $1,200 for the new nocturnal cameras, that I now have to return due to this app being so horrible and unable to view cameras on phone. Your other Lorex app has great reviews , if I would of known the nocturnal cameras only work with this particular app I would of never purchased them. Now I have to package everything up and return them. For those that are thinking of getting Lorex, do a search “why did major retailers stop selling Lorex” and after that’s search do another one “why was Lorex banned” if I would of known all the above I would of never bought these cameras
