Doesn’t work with new IOS
Disappointed that I haven’t been able to use this app in addition to multiple other ones by the same creator for many many months. This was my go to almost every night and no longer is compatible with the newer IOS updates.

Amazing
I have slept like a baby since starting this, and I’m normally a terrible sleeper. Too soon to see changes to eating habits but I am very hopeful.
Great apps
I’m glad there is still one of these apps left up on the App Store so that I can leave a review. I bought the pro versions of several of them a handful of years ago because I loved them. It’s been a while since I used them but decided to try them again and remember how lovely they are. I hope these developers are still making self-hypnosis products in some capacity.

I listen to this every night.... I don’t know if it actually works yet to help me lose weight it’s still to early to tell. However, being a nurse and shift worker it’s amazing how great this app is, it makes me feel so relaxed and my sleeping has been amazing since I started listening. This app feels like a winner to me and if I lose weight too in addition to sleeping better then I’ll be changing the 4 stars to 5 stars.

Very goods apps. I hope that will come back again. J’adore ces applications en version française. Je les avaient acheté, 20$ le paquet. Elles sont géniale, mais elle ont disparu de l’appstore. J’espère qu’un jour elles reviendront.
Doesn’t work
Been listening every day for two weeks. Bought the full version. Sometimes it will just put me to sleep, other times I’m just listening and trying to follow the instructions. It goes too fast to be hypnotised. Would not recommend for anything other than relaxation- has no other impacts.
Really good app
Puts me right to sleep. So soothing. Not sure yet if it’s working but I have started working out. It also helps me relax all my muscles and get rid of tension. I really never make it to the suggestion part of it, only because I’m over tired and listening to the woman guide me through relaxation is so much more sleep provoking than my 3 year old screaming. So no matter what I suggest getting this app.
Weight loss
I listen every night. Play it 3 times as I go to sleep. I know it’s working. Really helping my sweets addiction. Can only keep getting better.
