I love lotties make up it's the best and the price his reasonable too
Not keen on keeping customers
App offer says all new app orders receive a free gift of translucent powder this offer is sent via email so you download the app it’s not clear to add the powder as it shows a charge when you do so . Customer service did say they would send it but at a postage charge to myself so not much point really . I have ordered before from company and they’ve been good , but I just thought no not very customer service friendly really.
