Problem with Randomizer

The program is cool looking, but I noticed if you use the second set of balls option and set it to 1 ball with a max value of 2, you will never see anything except the number 1 ball appear. You should see the number 2 ball appear sometimes too. This leads me to believe there is a bug with the randomization, which is not so easily seen when working with 60 or 70 ball values.
