Ridiculous service to pay your prize

You play, you win so you get your prize, right? Not with them. If you win more than 1k they ask many proofs of your cards and IBANs, which for security reasons you cannot offer to third parties to regard that your financial life will be safe. But ok, you can provide everything, be playing in a verified account and they still asking for more proofs that you never used to pay them, cards that you never used also, for i.e. they ask me to proof two different cards ending with numbers that I never had, so how can I play with that? It is not on my playing history also. I'm waiting for a prize that I win more than one month ago and they still ask for proofs and no payment. If you win 200/400 they will pay, more than that you can forget.

I have been waiting to be verified for months

I have winnings on this app and I have been contacting customer service because my account STILL has not gone through verification and it has been months. I have sent about 6 emails and all I get is an automated reply that someone will contact me within 24 hours yet I get no response. Don’t download this app. They will steal your money.

I've been trying to withdraw my money for three weeks and I can't, they asked to verify my documents but I can't send them through the app and through the email they don't respond at all even with an automatic email saying that they get back to me in 24 hours and it's been a week 🤡🤡🤡

After using it for years and already verified account - without any warning they suspended it to verify my age again - did I got any younger since the last time you verified me??? Uninstalled and went to others

Good service, terrible app

Lottoland is a great service, using it for years with no issue. But for crying out loud redevelop your app. It’s terrible. For example, why can’t you have a but that actually brings you straight to your lotto tickets?? You have to go hunting for them. Your confirmation says go to the ‘My Tickets’ section but it’s actually called ‘My Activity’. The app frequently logs you out for no reason, and it’s not optimised for the iPhone 12. Lines and bars frequently appear across images in the app, and I just don’t understand why can can’t you just highlight matching numbers in the app instead of drawing a tiny line underneath. You guys need a serious chat with your UI and UX team.
