everytime i leave the same colour on for a longer period of time like a week or so, the app refuses to connect back to my lights and when i do try to connect them back together, even by reinstalling the app, i am unable to do so as all it does is just load…the loading isnt even getting it anyway i spent 10 mins trying to wait for it to connect to my lights strip
Horrible
The app is near impossible. It doesn’t communicate with the lights. I try to shut the lights off from the app and it won’t work no matter how many times I refresh. I also have them on schedule on/off but clearly the lights decided they just wanted to stay on. They also don’t like to follow the pattern I choose and every time I leave that particular screen it defaults back to whatever it wants anyway. Please fix this!
ts (this) is horrrrrrrible
i got ht (hawk tua) and then they turned off and she got scared and ran away
Green light is not working
I connected the lights just fine to my car and the app is working very well, I turned on the lights and the blue and red light work perfectly but the green light will not turn on. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app becuase I thought maybe that was the issue but that did not work. I have also tried multiple of the eight lights given in the package and none of them work either. I don’t know what other things to try so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know
Only Bluetooth
This should be Wi-Fi not Bluetooth! . I’m sending it back because it needs to be Wi-Fi. The order details confused me (fooled me on purpose ???) I would’ve never ordered it if I haf realized it was Bluetooth only.
I HATE IT
IT WONT SYNC! DONT GET APP
?
Ok so I tried the app just downloaded it and i go on it to change the color of my leds so I do and it wasn’t working so I check if I’m connected to my device but I don’t know how to connect it to my phone can some help me out please and tell me how I hit the plus sign on my thing, but I don’t know what my remote is called. Can someone help me out?
How do so many LED light companies trust this app.
This review is gonna be really short because I have no experience to describe, considering how i couldn’t even get my devices (yes, plural) to connect! I got multiple different products, an LED infinity cube, a light stick, and a light strip, all 3 of them from different brands, but yet all 3 told me to use this app as the remote. It’s crazy how so many LED light companies trust this app because I couldn’t get a single one of the devices to connect. It sounds like many other people online have had the exact same problem. I could barely even find any answers. I followed every single step that was listed in the VERY few tutorial videos and articles I was able to find. It still didn’t work. The app itself doesn’t even have clear instructions. The only thing that mentions connecting new devices in the instructions is literally ONE sentence long and just says to make sure that bluetooth is turned on on your phone and the device will just pop up, which never happened.
terrible
they just genuinely don’t work
Shortcut Intergration
Having shortcut integration would allow for more customization of what light is on when and what color is displaying if you were using another previously. For colors use hex colors and Light with light bar. While I don't know how hard it is to code it in. It would help so much
