Rotten App
I have never been able to use this app!! I even try to reset my password, I get the email with the 1-time passcode and when I enter it, I get an error message…the code expired. There is no place to get help with it… don’t bother

Needs more options
App would be great if there was an option to add extras of any toppings we may want. I like extra pepperoni but I can’t get it because there’s no option to do so!

Improved for sure
Great app. Improved from old one for sure. Easy navigation. Gave only 4 stars bc you can’t order pizzas by the half for ingredients like you could on old one. Also would be helpful to tell you when and how you can apply your points bc you can only order one specific thing w points per order and only when ready to pay. Like the Apple Pay option!
Cash option, please
I know most people pay with a card, but an option to select cash for carry out would be very helpful.
Great app but with fewer options
I love the Lou Malnati’s app. It’s fantastic, but the irritating thing is that there used to be more options when building a pizza that I have since been removed. He used to be able to do things like choose pepperoni, pizza and then add extra pepperoni if you wanted. Now there is no option for extra pepperoni. Why did they take this away? Nobody knows.
