Since ending a membership subscription and going pay-as-you-go, I’ve not been able to pay via the app (add payment card) for a booked swimming slot. I’ve spoken to several people at the swimming pool and emailed, but the issue persists.. Also, the public swimming slots are fully booked two weeks in advance, yet when I go on the off-chance, hardly anyone is in the pool.
Not quite as fluid as it could be. I’ve used this for booking swim sessions and have managed to do so, eventually. Annoying that I have to enter all of my payment and contact (except email) details for every single booking. It auto fills country as UK then discards it forcing me to scroll past every other country in the world in order to refill the field. Also, navigating from the fast bookings list takes you back to home, so have to re-enter password to get back to fast bookings. Various other similar niggles which don’t prevent the overall use of the app, which works as far as making bookings is concerned, just take some of the convenience away.
