Could be good, but I’ve never had an issue addressed by the city. I’ve submitted over 10 issues and not one has been looked into. It’s a fantasy app.

No Longer Functional
Invalid address. Fix this app!
Looks great, but not functional
Beautiful UI, but any address I enter gives me an “invalid address” error message. Since nearly any reporting requires an address, the app has become useless for me. Bummer.
Doesn’t work with iOS 14
App doesn’t show the individual issue fields on iOS 14. Useless right now.
Not secure
Facebook login isn’t working because the app is not secure
Why have an app to sign in if it won’t let you?
Advised per website to download the app to see updates on issues reported at our address, but app crashes every time I try to sign in. = USELESS
