App about a year ago was a widely useable intuitive experience. Now I struggle to find a lounge or even how to search for one. Avoid it and save yourself from frustration

If available

Never found a lounge in any terminal I used. But I did use one lounge in Heathrow and it was worth the effort changing Terminal for the two hours and they allowed me to arrive early. Facilities were wonderful.!
