Good points: high quality photos of the louvre’s painting. Inexpensive. Bad points: No info about the works other than title and artist. No guides. No gallery maps. Also, no sculptures. Should have called “ Louvre Paintings HD”.

It has been many years since I visited the Louvre, and finding this professional, well done, fully interactive app was a delight! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to sharing the Louvre experience with the world!

This is the next best thing to actually wandering though the Louvre!

Love it! Beautiful and educational! Look at the architecture in the XV Century; more than 500 years ago!

This is a genuinely excellent app. Being the museum in real life is of course a once-in-a-lifetime (if that) experience for most people. And I recommend it. Duh. But if you’ve spent time there, this app will enrich your good fortune. You’ll relive the experience without the swarms of selfie-takers. And if you never get there, you’ll still have access to a well-executed digital window on much of the western world’s masterpieces. I was planning to return to Paris and the Louvre in a few months, but the pandemic changed that. For now, this is a worthy substitute.

I reference this app from time to time and especially appreciate the decent resolution. It's nice to have this info collected in one handy resource.

Downloaded all pictures. Yet when trying to view in gallery, pictures do not present. App Deleted

Image quality is uneven and mostly poor. Paintings seem to have been chosen by someone who knows nothing about art and who has no idea which paintings are the most important. So most of the important paintings are missing in favor of mediocre ones. There are two or more images of some paintings, none reproduced well. Looks like someone photographed these out of a library book.

On my iPad Pro on the latest iPadOS the app just immediately crashes when opened.

I’ve always dreamt of visiting Louvre, and this app just made that dream slightly a reality. The painting are beautiful! I can’t wait to lose myself in this beautifully designed app.
