Seemed great but every time I went off the app it would restart, then it would crash my phone and take ages to start working again

We first discovered the app in Roundhay Park in Leeds but since then we’ve used it regularly in lots of places. The kids love looking for the dinosaurs!

Internal server error when signing up…

Doesn’t work No customer service. Password reminder doesn’t work

I can’t get this app to work. All I get is, “Server Error” or something similar. I can’t reset my password. If I try to register it returns, “This username has already been taken” or something similar. Waste of time.

Amazing app, I can’t love it. Always using it!

Great idea but we found it very glitchy locking up when we took a photo so therefore no question and we couldn’t move on to the next without doing each stage twice once not taking photos and having to turn off the app every couple of minutes

Excellent fun app and educational for children

The games are fun but it's only part of the apps qualities. The MK version also has trails to follow, and a huge amount of local info on the interactive map.

Love the idea of this but it is very buddy at the moment. Often crashing and the dinosaurs not showing on the trail.
