Multiple issues with the keys reloading (timer keeps resetting itself) and the daily ads/ login rewards haven't worked for weeks, no one will respond to my email about the issues, very unhelpful customer with service.

good stories, bad app
every good choice costs an unreasonable amount of gems so you literally have to pay for everything. not to mention the only hairstyle that doesn’t cost gems is a basic white blonde hairstyle, while ethnic hairstyles cost gems. disappointed but not surprised.
