It won’t open
I have a good WiFi connection at home but for some reason, whenever I try to play the game it won’t download or it freezes and it quits immediately
Crashing BAD
I’ve been trying to play S3 and since it was released 3 out of 5 times I try to open the app I get a “loading error” and then it crashes. So I have to go and open it up again and when it finally makes it to the “seasons” screen, I select season 3 and it goes up to 15% and crashes again. I’ve tried to give it a go for a week now... haven’t been able to play. I read in the FAQ section the app has been reported to have issues in “older” models, I have an iPhone X 😒 so I tried the “contact us” section, but the moment I try to atttach a picture it doesn’t let me do anything else.... Annoying, might as well uninstall.
The things are too expensive
I really like the app but the actions of outfits in the game are too expensive and you only win 1 diamond per episode

I really like love Villa I like how realistic it is and the fun surprises this is the game for me. I’m on it for hours.
Gems
Don’t get me wrong I love the game and all but having to pay almost every other time to use gems gets old fast. Like why do you have to make money off of us? Why can’t this just be you go through and pick what you want to do wear what you want without having to worry about gems like come on now.

It’s honestly an amazing game and it’s super juicy too i just don’t like the fact that you have to wait 2 hours for tickets to play the next episode. If you can… can you please shorten the time for tickets!! Thanks
