While the app is handy to see the progress my daughter has made and the skills she will be working on next, the layout of it on my phone screen means the back button is almost impossible to press. This results in me having to shut it down and reopen to view another skill. I avoid using it for the reason.

I hate this app and trying to oh for my daughters classes cause me so many issues! It always crashes and doesn’t let me pay for the classes I wish the gym would find a different system to use!!!

The timeline information has been emptied for months with no information available. At times it will reflect as updating then suddenly freezes.

I am trying to make a payment via the Love Gymnastics app however whenever I transfer to PayPal the login crashes and dumps me out of the app so I’m unable to make payments. I’m using IOS 16.3.1 and app version 1.0.8. I’ve had this issue since February however it had previously worked fine.

Do you read these comments? When will you upgrade the app or get rid of it altogether! I have spent the last few days trying to pay for my daughter’s gymnastics. Every time I’m lucky enough to login (which is quite an effort in itself) it refuses to let me pay because of a technical issue. Reading the reviews I’m not the only person to think this app is a time consuming waste of time.

This app is amateur in look and function. It is like wading through soup to use. Pages are badly payed out and unintuitive. When trying make payments it just dumps you back to the home page. Avoid if you can.

The app will not let me log in. Pointless having the App as I have to call the gym every time to book anyway. This App was meant to save the hassle of that. If your going to design an App at least make sure it works constantly instead of when there’s a red moon, the clouds are grey & the wind is blowing North-East. In short - LoveGymnastics should be named Hategymnastics

This app would be good if it worked. Always coming up with an error and blank screen or if lucky enough to get the log in page it allows me to put my details in but then nothing and back to a blank page. Really wish this could be sorted!!

looks like a great app, so I went to log in I didn’t already have an account so I went to sign in but I need to pick an organisation and when I click on that nothing comes up or gives no options but I cannot go forward without inserting that.

Another great example of an app designed by clueless techies following some junior product manager’s internal business processes without any idea of how customers would interact with it. Clearly a GCSE project. All I wanted to do was confirm payment, instead of simply displaying the status of this another page tries to open to display it. SMH. And then it shades it grey and freezes. Brilliant. What a complete farce of a design. Sack the dev team.
