Great when it works, which isn’t often enough. I’ve had to reset the entire system and uninstall/reinstall the app numerous times. They need to seriously work on this app. Troubleshooting is beyond frustrating.

My couch stayed connected for months then randomly disconnected. To reconnect just delete the app then unplug the soundbar from the wall for 30seconds, plug back in and go through connection steps once app is redownloaded. It worked perfect. Kind of annoying to have the bugs but I’m glad it was an easy quick fix. Hopefully will help someone else !

The old love sac app was great. You could configure your layout on the app and it would tell you exactly what you could or couldn’t do. Now this whole apps purpose is to sell you on some new product and it’s impossible to configure custom builds. Back to trial and error I go configuring my sactional.

More than 1/2 the time the app won’t connect. $14K for a couch and THIS is not what I expected!

Would give no stars if possible. All of sudden the app just stop working and unable to control and adjust sounds settings. Sad to spend money on this technology that just craps out. Also, has anyone noticed the last time this app was updated?!

I’ve been downloading apps for about a decade and the crappiness of this app has forced me leave my first ever review. The actual gear that they are selling is amazing. The technology that supports it (this app)…. Not so much. The app constantly loses connection and is incredibly difficult to connect. Fix this because I’d hate for this app to ruin an otherwise good sound system.

Just like everyone says; The app Works for a few months, stops, and then will never work again. Whatever customized settings you may have had are now stuck, minus whatever you can do with the physical remote, which is about 1/10th as capable as the app. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year at this point. Lovesac had the right idea with the modular couch and stealth sound setup, they just have not been supporting it, which makes it very frustrating and easy to recommend against the entire setup, in fact I just dissuaded two family members from getting a stealth tech setup, solely because this app’s eventual total failure. It’s a shame.

The app connects when it wants to or it tells you it's connected but does not work. Very disappointing considering how much the couch costs

I’ve been having trouble just like everyone else. I need to use the features that I PAID FOR!!

This was amazing while it worked. Then suddenly the app completely stopped responding. My phone is connected via Bluetooth to the Stealthtech but the app will not find it to allow me to customize the settings. I’ve had the speakers for about two months now and everything was working great until yesterday. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as completely disconnecting the entire system and nothing is working. Too bad because the speakers are great. The app is terrible.
