Not helping at all

When you firstly go to them, they talk a lot about how the service are, how they can help you. After signing up for the plans, no further action from them. Promised for two dates per month but no follow-up from their end. So some advice are not to trust it. We signed up for this because we are busy so if they cannot keep up and follow up at their own for their customer, there is no point for the service offered
