Should you use lovjoy pilates to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Excellent adaptability and human touch for an online class
I feel healed after every lesson! There’s more space between my vertebrae; plus my joints, limbs and nerves feel liberated and calmer. Lovjoy excels in rehabilitation and postural Pilates, adapting to each person’s needs as they progress (or occasionally regress, for people living with variable health conditions).
As someone with fibromyalgia, it’s a miracle to find a supportive class where I never hurt myself, thanks to the precision and individual care. I can keep pushing forward at my own pace, with sound guidance and appropriate adaptations. It’s like a blessing!
The instructor is a like a cheerleader, cheeky and hilarious. She has a deep understanding of living with physical challenges and injuries, and has plenty of solutions - ones that actually work and don’t require any form of extremism. LOL
